Investigate the modern Israeli agricultural landscape and its connection to the biblical references of the Seven Species. This programme can be based in the classroom or could commence with a walk to a park or botanical garden. Through a multi-sensory game identifying the Seven Species to a detailed look at modern Israeli artists, students discuss and identify what an Israeli landscape looks like. To complete the programme, the students create their own edible landscape pictures.  This programme is ideally run for the celebration Tu B’Shvat, Shavuot and/or Yom Ha’atzmaut.
